Aged 11 or 12 I’d look forward to packing my Dell laptop into its case and carting it around to my Grans house to fix whatever issues she was having with her printer or computer. Through the next 15 years I’d go on to complete my Microsoft MCP and MCDST certifications and later a foundation degree in IT.
