Provide line of business leadership and managerial skills to the BSS Development team as we continue to support and enhance our existing products and develop our next generation BSS product. Work with cross functional and cross departmental teams to ensure successful delivery of high quality software projects. Lead development teams consisting of Developers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Quality Assurance personnel and contractors located in multiple offices in the US and internationally.

Provided leadership guidance to the Solution Architect and Business Analyst Group which provides industry and related business expertise, support, and customer service to CHR's clients. Collaborated closely with Sales, Support, Implementations as we as the client to help define and deliver a quality solution to the client.

Oversaw work of Professional Services Developers, Core Developers and Support Team members as it related to client projects including design, development, testing and client approval. Communicated and worked directly with client executive staff providing regular updates and business consulting. Worked directly with client SME's to define requirements and created the solution approach to hand off to the developers. Worked with the client and 3rd party vendors to research and design custom solutions that were integrated directly with CHR Solutions software solution as well as 3rd party solutions.

Responsible for overall system design and project management of OMNIA in the areas of Customer Care, Products and Pricing, Online Bill Pay, and Data Exchange. In this capacity also acted as an industry SME and worked with regulatory personnel. Implementation & Professional Services Liaison – Primary Development contact for software requests that come in from the Implementation and the Professional Services teams. Negotiated costs and deliverables with both teams as well as clients.Worked closely with other internal organizations – Professional Services, Implementations, Support – to implement custom integrations for clients. Provided Sales support by attending onsite sales visits, by training the Sales Engineers, and by helping complete RFPs.
