Responsible for overseeing all the education provision for NTFC Academy players from under 9 to Under 18. This includes teaching and managing BTEC provision, NVQ assessing and SEP delivery for the clubs full time apprentices, liaising with schools of Academy players and teaching and coaching on the club's Football & Education Programme. I also coach for the club's Academy working predominant with the Under 11 group, and also as the Lead Coach of the U12 and U16 Shadow Squads.

Initially I came onto the Programme to coach whilst it was a Futsal programme. I then helped develop the Programme into an 11-a-side playing pathway that has seen 3 boys end up as professional footballers and many go on to University, US Scholarships and various other avenues as well as many players going on to play at different levels of non-league. The role combined leading the coaching side of the programme for both the 1st and 2nd year cohorts as well as tutoring and delivering content for the Level 3 Extended Diploma alongside another tutor. Whilst in the role, I also coached within the Shadow Squad, working with the U12 and U16 age groups and also with the Academy, including being the Lead U13 coach in 2013/14 season.

Dual role combining organising and teaching/coaching on the BTEC Football & Education course as well as organising and recruiting future cohorts to the course, alongside being the Lead Academy Sport Scientist at Northampton Town FC.Additionally, I also coach in PE lessons and after school clubs in local schools and on holiday camps run by Northampton Town FC

Head Coach of the U15 Academy side (Dec '12 - May '13) and the U13 Academy side (July '13 - May '14), which involved leading training sessions for the squads, coaching them at matches home and away, completing paperwork (session plans, evaluations, match reports, half yearly assessments) and doing everything I could to help the players continue with their development.

This opportunity enabled me to shadow the club's Sport Scientist, Craig Smith, working closely with the 1st team and U18 scholars to support the delivery of sport science content with groups. This involved often leading a station on an activation circuit before training, and sometimes leading warm ups, gym sessions and injury prevention sessions for both first team and scholars. It also lead to a role working with the Youth Team at their Saturday morning games, leading pre-match warm ups and cool downs. At the end of the 12/13 season, I (in partnership with another intern) was also responsible for collecting and analysing 1st team players penalty taking data prior to the 2013 League 2 playoff final so that the 1st team manager had the information ready in the event of a shoot out being required to decide the game.

Coached both the U10 and U11 Elite squads to try and develop players technically, tactically and psychologically to be able to play against other Elite teams and to develop players to be able to step up to the next level

Taken on as an intern/work experience coach with the Under 18's team. Involves putting on sessions for the group and being around games, including taking the pre-match warm up. Also involves being around Sean Parrish, Head of Youth at NTFC, and gaining experience working in the environment of Youth Development

Started in one development centre which I then became Head Coach at for the 2009/10 season. Also coached in the 09/10 season at another development centre and covered as Head Coach at a third centre in the 09/10 season
