I have been in Training and development all my life, at 16 I was coaching other gymnasts and athletes in my local clubs, at 24 I became an apprentice Instructor in an aerospace training school, at 30 I was supervisor training manager, at 33 management development manager for 5,000 employees. After delivering development courses to over 7000 delegates and winning a National Training Award I decided to set up my own company in the year 2000.I have continually developed my knowledge and experience with several Masters Degrees, NLP, Neuroscience and of course Coaching and Mentoring. I have developed over 4000 delegates in that time and again won the National Training Award for the best training organisation in the UK. I am not an academic, so I understand how difficult it is to pass academic qualifications that's why my students get more support than any other organisation in the UK.
