Responsible for the development and delivery of the Activate Group product strategy.

HTK provides the software and services that businesses need to earn true loyalty, powered by customer experience. From engagement strategies to fully fledged loyalty programs, HTK helps marketers build more profitable customer relationships, with a mix of consultancy and cutting-edge tech.My responsibilities include:1. Define and communicate the product vision & strategy both internally and externally (i.e. to partners, sales channels and industry analysts).2. Standardise KPI reporting of the product and its performance; open bugs, user activity, no. of customers, most used v least used feature etc. in order to identify trends and areas for improvement & focus.3. Agree and own the delivery of strategic initiatives that align with the business strategy.4. Own the launch of new product releases including coordinating the related marketing, training and sales enablement activity.5. Gather and analyse customer feedback in order to inform the product roadmap and strategy.6. Ensure that the roadmap is aligned across finance, marketing, sales, account management, development, operations and client services in order to minimise risk and ensure correct focus.7. Work with marketing to produce a marketing calendar/ content strategy that aligns with the roadmap, to maximise exposure of the product and related releases.8. Define product pricing models.9. Work with Development to define a process that supports the design, validation and development of new product features/ enhancements, to achieve clear ‘ownership’ and cross-team collaboration.
