His previous oversight of all management aspects of Rizzetta & Company’s 115 district management clients along with 150+ Associations and 27 Amenity Centers with combined annual operating budgets totaling in excess of $130 Million, as well as growing the management practice makes his ability to provide consulting on all areas of CDDS and HOAs a natural fit.in addition Mr. Williams has been involved in 4.5 Billion dollars on bond financing, either on management roles or that of a CDD Board Member.His years of experience and his previous qualification as an expert witness in various civil actions including but not limited to foreclosures, bankruptcy and civil litigation. Mr. Williams was responsible for a team of 105+ individuals that include, Community Development District Managers, Community Association Managers, Accounting Managers, Financial Managers and Administrative Support Staff, in addition to 150 plus amenity services employees.As mentioned above, Mr. Williams has been qualified as an expert witness and provided testimony in various types of court action, including bond validation hearings, foreclosure actions, bankruptcy actions and various other administrative hearings on the local-governmental level.Mr. Williams also serves as a "receiver" for a Public Improvement District in Brandon Mississippi.Prior to coming to Rizzetta & Company, he was the Vice President and Director of Management for a firm that managed 80-plus communities with more than 12,000 units. These communities ranged from small 50-unit communities to 400-unit luxury waterfront condominiums, with budgets in excess of $30 million. Prior to his career in Community Management, he was a C-level retailing executive with the Jewel Foods, Forest City Enterprises, The Southland Corporation and Circus World Toys.Mr. Williams is also a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
