I've previously worked in retail and enjoyed it thoroughly. My first occupation was at KFC, working with food, communicating with customers and using my initiative behind the tills. From here, i decided i wanted a change, as food retail wasn't for me. I then joined NEXT as a Christmas temp and really enjoyed it there. I became more confident, able to deal with customers, learnt how to add more stock to the shop floor and lots more. However, i wanted to expand my educational knowledge and then found myself an apprentice in I.T at Walsall College, Where i'm currently studying. I hope to gain my Windows 7 and Comptia A+ certificates in the very near future. My ambition is to work in a music environment and integrate my I.T skills into it aswell. Somewhere like a music studio or something similar. Another goal of mine would be to one day be a manager of a successful business, as i see myself waking up for work and putting on a suit ready for the day ahead.
