In this early role, I partnered with two outside sales professionals to ensure streamlined deliveries and billing while managing eight team members in daily production and operations for a busy rental car business. My contributions include increasing profit margins to 23% and reducing average work order time by 50% while developing contracts and scheduling lease machines for CAT clients.
