During my time in this role, we have strengthened efficiencies and optimized production lines to grow sales year-over-year. I previously served as COO and Manufacturing Materials Manager for Palmetto State Armory, partnering with R&D to design and implement a new production line while leading procurement initiatives to slash inventory and boost SKU availability.Having retired from the South Carolina National Guard with more than 20 years of service, I am a skilled Army Aviator who is Certified as an AH-64D Maintenance Test Pilot and Instructor Pilot. My guard accomplishments include working with a staff to develop annual training plans for a Brigade with 1,200+ team members, directing helicopter missions in support of Iraq operations, and training and qualifying dozens of aviators in the Apache helicopter. An avid outdoorsman, I am a lifetime member of Trout Unlimited, the Native Fish Coalition, and a Founding Board Member of the South Carolina Chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers. I previously served as President of the Jimmy Doolittle chapter of the Army Aviation Association of America. My credentials include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Masters in Manufacturing Leadership from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelors in History from The Citadel.
