- Conduct research through CoStar to identify key opportunities to grow Moss’ third-party management business.
- Document and store prospective client data in LeadSimple( CRM software) to include in our company newsletter and to use for follow up.
- Keep detailed track of the new business pipeline including win/lost probability scores for potential client portfolios.
- Initiate cold calls/emails/and mailers based on the research to create brand awareness and close business for our 3rd party management business.
- Assist with financial deliverables for new clients which include, budget projections, rent projections, rent comparables, payroll projections to develop relationships with new clients with intention of eventually.
