I am currently serving on Active duty but still hold an active position with the Delaware Department of corrections.

Served as an IT strategy consultant, worked closely with various senior–level military and civilian clients providing research and analysis on a full range of CIO and IT activities, including strategic planning, IT policy, data and information management, mission partner environment (MPE) information sharing, VA/DoD Electronic Health Record information sharing, policy input on the delivery of new issueances for the DoD. Worked with the client to define delivery schedules, and manage deliverable timelines, IT industry research, and emerging technologies. Perform research on IT policy and standards. Translate research into policy and guidance statements. Supported relevant meetings, working groups, and briefings. Author client–ready products and delivery within client–specified deadlines.• Assisted with the coordination between the Va and DoD providing analysis on the Electronic Health Record sharing solution that will allow both entities to establish seemless networking capabilities for health record and patient information sharing for military personnel.• Worked on the DoD Misson Partner communication and information sharing environment. Assisted on the policy and issuance of a new instruction that outlines the responsibilities of the Air Force as the Executive Agent for the Mission Partner Environment.• Worked with senior level military and civilian clients to resolve issues and provide analysis and recommend solutions on a variety of complex and diverse activities.

Plans, coordinates and directs the employment, operation and management ofmulti-functional and multi-user information systems; provides technicaladvice to command and staff concerning all aspects of information systemsand telecommunications operations, maintenance and logistical support;enforces information security (INFO SEC), operations security (OP SEC) andphysical security per regulations and policies; coordinates with customerswhat their responsibilities are; directs and provides oversight tocontractors working on-site support (OSS) Tier 2 Pentagon operations;ensures job tickets are being worked in a timely and efficient manner.

Serve as the NCOIC for the ARNG G6 Tactical Communications Branch; represent the interest of the National Guard's 92 Tactical Signal Units as well as BN, BDE and DIV S/G-6 sections, ensuring that policy decisions made by NGB and all other agencies taking into account operational requirements; serving as a SME on a variety of tactical systems, policies, training, and mobilization; responsible for the integration of operations C4 capabilities both tactical and commercial in use by the states and territories supporting both federal and domestic operations. Represent the Tactical Signal Community at various conferences and events; assist units in locating training and resources; identity and address issues that will directly impact tactical signal units. Primary Point of contact for ARNG's WIN-T DIRECT package. ARNG's liason for WIN-T Disaster Incident Response & Emergency Communications Terminal (DIRECT) package.

Oversaw the installation, operation, maintenance and management or telecommunications systems and networks; Directs restoration and alternate routing of circuits, trunks, l inks and systems; Develops and implements unit level signal maintenance programs; Provides advice and technical assistance to subordinates and commanders; Requests and ensures that logistical support is available at all times; Develops and implements training programs for Signal personnel. NET OPS Battle NCO facilitates communication on the operations floor, executed Network Control Center battle drills, reports COMSTATs, SIGACTs, S!Rs, and CCIRs, assesses operational impacts of service interruptions, and monitors the tactical network.

Responsible for evaluating and prioritizing information, and ensuring all e-mails, phone calls, and faxes reach appropriate personnel and leadership to ensure appropriate action. Maintain daily contact with the Army and Air National Guard, Federal Emergency Management Agency, US Northern Command and all 54 States and territories for accurate distribution lists, situational reports and updates for briefings and situational awareness of National Guard personnel,equipment, and maintenance. Distribute Executive Summaries, Information Pushes, and messages from National Guard Coordination Center (NGCC) to all 54 states and territories. Maintain Daily Event Logs between National Guard Bureau (NGB), NGCC and all 54 states and Territories. Keep National Guard leadership informed of the Common Operational Picture during crisis operations.

Conducted weekly communications checks include, HF EMAIL (SIPR, NIPR and AMHS), STE/FAX, GSM and IRIDIUM phones. Initiate SVTC/VTC conferences according to the VIC schedule. Support DSC operations. Administer constant changes in network architecture and operational procedures due to changes in security and technology. Assist all 54 states and territories as needed with technical support to include all phones fax and HF/wireless gateway operations. Log all checks and provide a weekly communications update available to senior leadership of the ARNG. Administer ARO users with all aspects of their SIPRNET and NIPRNET computer systems; support the Crisis Action Team (CAT) members with a full range of IT requirements; setup video telecommunication conferences (VTC).

Assisted in the supervision of a direct signal support team (DSST) which included but is not limited to supervision of at least twenty four 'DOD civilian contractors, millions of dollars of commercial off the shelf equipment and installation of a complete fiber network in the Iraqi theater of operation in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III.
