Responsible for the Texas Time Warner Cable logistics program for CTDI. Includes Set Top Box and Modem code load, screen and clean, repair, testing, mail order fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution.

ATC Logistics & Electronics (ATCLE), is a premier provider of third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain services. ATCLE specializes in forward logistics, reverse logistics, asset recovery, test & repair, kitting & packaging. Responsible for setting up 2nd shift production activity, including hiring and training. Setting up new line of cosmetic and internal repair for the iPhone & iPad. Focus on daily, weekly and monthly production activities for the iPhone. Set up parts repair and replacement line for the iPhone 4. Meet and exceed all established KPI’s as dictated by the company and the customer (AT&T). Work in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks with complex deadlines. Lead and motivate team members (45+) to meet or exceed production expectations on a daily basis.

Shift Sr. Production Supervisor, meeting high volume and short cycle time production delivery and goals while managing all aspects of the shift and support for the site goals including establishing manufacturing schedules, process and product decision support, development of the work force and direction of the manufacturing, engineering, and equipment engineering and maintenance organization.

Managed silicon reclaim group. Cost control measures and identifying new techniques to reclaim silicon wafers, while also maintaining inventory controls and monitoring usage. Maintained and tracked stocking leveles to make sure all fab tools had wafers to do required daily quals.

Final test of fabricated silicon before shipping finished product for assembly. Tracked incoming wip and tool constraints to minimize production flow "bubbles". Working knowledge in the use of Electoglas probers and LTX & HP testers. Monitored equipment uptime and throughput. Monitored moves per direct labor hour to help control costs. Directed both tech support and production operators.

Engineering support for "proto type" assembly area. Customer would send a request through the company production control group. We would take 1 silicon wafer and dice, attach and bond silicon chips and package. Would then test the parts/package and functionality and send to the customer.

Lead tech responsible to tech support for final assembly on die bonders, wire bonders, dicing saws. Responsibilies included setting tool priorities for other techs. Setting up new equipment training. Attended Hitachi Autus equipment maintenance training in Japan for 6 mos.
