About Pete Baikins
I help organisations achieve behaviour change through game like experiences. I mentor gamification companies and people delivering big or small gamification projects. I consult and advise on strategies for applying gamification to achieve your goals, such as for culture change to promote innovation and digital transformation. I enjoy speaking on gamification around the world. I try to be thought leading and research driven about practical applications for gamification use. I want to promote best practices in Gamification and this is why I run my own conference Gamification Europe for sharing case studies, practitioner talks and academic research. I also co-host the health gamification podcast "Health Points". I teach Gamification for Business, HR, Marketing and Creativity as a guest lecturer at undergraduate and post-graduate level at King's College London and ESCP Europe.

In my time volunteering here I helped out with the weekly Rhyme Time sessions, and also the occasional Dad's Day events. All aimed at helping parents learn to play and interact with their children. The staff at this centre are really lovely and this is a really excellent resource for the local community.
