Commercial lead on the executive team that supported the sale of Mesa Biotech Inc. to Thermo Fisher Scientific. Drove significant revenue growth over the period in the midst of the CoV2 pandemic.

Roles included Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Culture Officer. Developed and implemented the go to market strategy for the U.S. Developed and managed "go live" implementation strategy globally. Provided strategic direction, project management and executive counsel for the commercial organization in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Led the cultural and organizational transformation required to move the company from an inwardly focused R&D orientation to a fully-fledged commercial position.

Led Ventana/Roche Tissue Diagnostic's Commercial Operations in the U.S. and Canada. Functional areas consisted of Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Finance, Customer Support and Commercial Education.

With full P&L responsibilities managed the Research, Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution and Commercialization of Antibody and Research Pathology Products.

Directed the creation and implementation of marketing programs that drove instrument and reagent sales through Ventana affiliates around the world.

Drove sales of all Ventana products to large corporate and networked accounts across the U.S. and Canada. Also ran the commercial function for Ventana’s research products (2006 only).

Managed both the sales as well as the marketing teams for the Southern African Region. Product categories included immunochemistry, clinical chemistry, hematology, molecular, blood banking and point of care.
