Inward and outward facing developer and producer at Infinity Ward, managing cross-functional teams and partners.Responsible for producing end-to-end product development, DLC and live operations and collaborating with Activision Publishing to build our feature and content roadmap, monetization, localization, server infrastructure, live operations, go-to-market, communications, marketing campaign, social media, player relations and community programs.Spearheaded all creative and content authoring internally and across several sister studios including: -Engineering -Game Design (campaign, co-op, multiplayer and post launch content & live sustain) -Art (Tech art, character, hard surface & environment) -Rigging and Tech Animation -Animation (Gameplay and Cinematics) -Visual FX -Audio -Live Ops -DLC, MTX authoring and implementation -Motion and Performance Capture -Physical production - Produced all location filming, audio shoots, Visual FX shoots, VO recording, etc. -LocalizationsNegotiated and created deal points on all manner of contracts including licensing brands, Hollywood talent, military consultation, software acquisition, etc.Responsible for attaching and shepherding A-list Hollywood actors, writers and composers to the projects.Created and nurtured inbound & outbound licensing and business partnerships for Infinity Ward.Collaborated with Legal, Brand Management, PR and Marketing to develop and promote Call of Duty.
