Designed & developed from the ground up a Web, iOS and Android SMS Virtual Queueing System Applications. The System replaces physical lines by allowing customers to join the queue via anapp and then get called back by SMS when it’s their turn. Customer interact with queue and arealways informed of the current wait time and position.
