Developing new digital best-practices using our Agility Asset Management Software across all departments after building up the extensive database over the last two years. As we move forward with our expansion plans, the use of Agility becomes increasingly vital to ensure accurate management of all our Assets, allowing effective maintenance programmes to be produced.

Data inputting onto our Agility Asset Management software and working closely with SSG Insight to migrate major processes from paper-based to digital. Working with many stakeholders to encourage end-user satisfaction with the software including familiarisation training

Currently on secondment with the AMIS Implementation Project Team as a Data Processor. Gathering large amounts of data from various sources for input from our Engineering Department as part of our Agility Software Project. Extensive use of Excel and Sharepoint software.Tram Driver now Conductor in a high-level safety critical environment. Dealing with public on daily basis. Also 3 years of control room experience dealing with IT related operational equipment, secondment to Engineering Dept on CCTV installation team, and 2 years secondment to the Health & Safety Department working on company safety-critical documentation; CCTV system integration and development; and new H&S projects. Also more recently been heavily involved as a test driver for the brand new fleet of CAF Urbos 3 trams which are now in service. Also a member of the National Express Hand Over Project Team as the company has now been taken over by Midland Metro Ltd, part of the West Midlands Combined Authority. Arrange staffing of the Events Team each year for the various airshow events held at Cotswold Airport.Building up the temporary site infrastructure required to hold events.Active airside role during the event days.Acted as Bronze Control in Show HQ at the recent inaugural Best Of British show - liasing with other emergency services plus cadet personnel and our volunteer staff.Also assisted at other events such as Throckmortn Airshow; Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport Wings & Wheels

Joined the team restoring Avro Shackleton WR963 for it's return to flight.The aircraft is already capable of ground running and taxying, and the team are now progressing towards the airworthiness. Using my old RAF trained skills once more to help maintain to a high standard this unique aircraft.

Venture with Neil McCarthy with a Replica Spitfire Simulator cockpit availible to hire for all events and shows around the country. I set up and maintain the website and facebook page for this venture, and hands-on at Waddington International Airshow 2014, manning the simulator stand.

Roadcrew (Drummer's Roadie) for this local Award-winning Rock & Roll tribute band for the last couple of years after being asked to help by the band's drummer and our neighbour! It's been fantastic being part of this great band who play at venues all over the Midlands by popular demand!

Offered position as driver / warehouseman after being known to the company as an existing customer's driver beforehand.Promoted to Warehouse Supervisor which included dealing with customer orders by phone and dispatching delivery driver.Cash handling from counter sales within branch.

Initially employed as an agency driver, soon offered a permanent position delivering flooring materials from company office / warehouse to sites around the West Midlands for contract flooring work.Also responsible for the warehouse.

Member of Special Constabulary in busy inner city station. Promoted to Section Officer supervising small group of Special Constables and co-ordinating operations with Regular Officers. Voluntary work carried out as work shifts allowed.

Initially started as a vehicle mechanic but quickly given the chance to train as a service receptionist after showing a natural flair for dealing with people. Dealing with the booking in of customer's vehicles and day to day running of the service department including all parts suppliers including main dealerships.

Trained as Airframe Technician to City & Guilds standard, working on fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft, both military and civil types. Fully experienced in ground handling of all types, as well as diagnosis, repair, and replacement of all components associated with Airframe trade, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and fly-by-wire technology.
