As an Operations Supervisor at Monsanto in Warden, Washington, I manage the day-to-day flow of receiving, conditioning, STOs (stock transfer orders), and annual physical inventory, while ensuring my direct reports and others do their job safely while meeting the quality standard. With a focus of managing the inventory, my job ensures during receiving all material is placed close as practical to the next process, all conditioning orders are done per the priority while ensuring the seed meets quality standards before the conditioning process, and the inventory matches SAP. I am the Assistant Plant Manager for Alforex Seeds which is a Dow AgroSciences Company. My primary role includes managing & directing site operations while promoting a "Zero Accidents" safety culture as well as seed conditioning and seed packaging to meet customer demand. I evaluate performance data to forecast needs and production levels. Ensure open orders are filled in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Additional duties will include warehouse inventory, employee training, full time & contract labor interviews, Safe Work Permit (SWP) issuer, CAPEX projects, selection of vendors, purchasing of raw materials and help manage site operating budget.

As the EHS/ISO Tech. for Monsanto, I managed all environmental, safety, and health aspects of the site with emphasis on BBS, Safety Committee (chair person), TurboWaste reporting, OSHA 300 Log review, assured Air Permit compliance, OSHA standard compliance, and compliance with ISO 9001. • Utilized Taproot analysis methodology to conduct incident investigations• Provided support to management for Management of Change (MOC) processes • Systematically tracked and filed all required safety documentation and environmental (air & Waste) documentation according to the regulatory agencies• Conducted EHS gap assessments and document corrective action measures for each gap• Certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Practitioner. I completed from two projects, one in each discipline with exceptional results. My primary role at Genie Industries was a Machine Operator. As part of this role, I painted, ran the wheel-a-brator, washed parts, water strider, and pulled parts from the baking oven which the painted parts were curing in. The Machine Operator meant that I could do all the jobs in the department without supervision and could teach others. During my tenure at Genie, I also participated in one Kaizen which the group was able to streamline the process of adding decals to the units by fabricating fixtures to assure the decals would go on the same spot of each unique unit all the time.
