This included coverage/frequency planning, installation of sites (antennas), testing of the network.DTI development project, with Mountain Rescue Team in Ambleside, Shown on BBC news, and on Tomorrows World (27th March 2002). Project Manager over total project, including 3 other companies. Created SAT, FAT and FDS documents for each project.

Introduced and ran eleven station computer training facility for all trades, a total of 500 people. This project was completed at zero cost and was opened by the Princess Royal, whom I escorted and briefed for the occasion.Solved HF antenna problem on Edinburgh Castle, obtained new antennas and ran trials to assert the best equipment for the requirements. Antennas must not be visible, but must out perform current antennas.
