Gathered market intelligence, consumer and customer insights and authored a strategy for entry to this new market. Provided insights to direct NPD efforts, constructed a marketing and trading strategy for the start up commercial enterprise. Established vendor connections with advertising, media and design agencies, grocery brokers and customers in preparation for full commercial roll out.
