RTI is a leading provider of sterile biological implants for surgeries around the world. RTI prepares donated human tissue for transplantation through extensive testing and screening, precision shaping and proprietary, validated sterilization processes. RTI's operations consists of approximately 750 employees including a 300 person lean manufacturing facility, multi-state remote offices, global operations, and corporate services including marketing, distribution, finance, legal, quality assurance, and research and development (R&D).Led RTI's compensation programs including job evaluation, pay structure design, base pay administration, pay for performance, variable pay and incentive compensation.Owned all aspects of RTI's employee relations including policy creation and review, performance management, reward and recognition, progressive disciplinary action program, EEOC & labor law compliance. Implemented and owned HR Metrics and improvement across company. Completed various HR Generalist activities including designing and delivering training, coaching and consulting managers on HR issues and initiatives, and assisting in other functional areas of HR including talent acquisition, organizational development & training, benefits, SOX compliance and wellness. Accomplishments:Improved annual merit and bonus process resulting in a 70%+ decrease in HR resources and 50% decrease in manager time to implement. Streamlined Performance Management process tying program closer to company goals and reducing manager administration time by at least 30%.Built career frameworks for multiple groups including non-exempt manufacturing, Research Scientists, Process Engineering, Development Engineering, and Industrial Engineering/Planning.Scaled HR processes to accommodate 50% increase in workforce during my tenure.Successfully integrated HR processes and workforces as part of Tutogen/Regeneration Technologies merger.
