As the founder of Modev and an independent event organizer, I’ve spent over 15 years building and curating communities that drive innovation at the intersection of technology and human experience. I've concluded that trust is at the center of growth for every company that sells a product or service. I've witnessed this first-hand and now we have the data to back this up. The booths and lead-scans model does not work for mid-sized events and something much better is possible. The Trust Driven Growth Model now drives all of our events and does away with booths, hotels, conference centers, bad coffee, sales pitches and laggy WiFi. This model puts in one day events, limited in size, a learning management system where every session is a class, no booths or sales pitches, just trusted information and access to the content via the LMS for continued learning long after the event is finished.
