Responsible for the northern region of operations, I enjoy a varied role supporting both the RemedX team and the wider geosciences teams within RSK with technical and commercial advice and input from initial discussions through to tender and project stage.

Whilst at Celtic, I had a commercial and technical role with regional responsibility for the organisation and delivery of operations, managing a team of project managers and site staff to ensure profitable delivery of a portfolio of projects with a combined revenue of more than £3m/yr.

As an Associate Director within the Contaminated Land & Remediation team based in Manchester and reporting to the local Team Leader, my responsibilities included taking a lead, based on my remediation and wider contracting experience, of the development of work winning and delivery in the north-west market working with the consultancy team with the aim of realizing multi-disciplinary opportunities and develop their skill sets.

Employed as a Project Manager, then moving to Group Manager, within the Construction group of Golder Associates Pty Ltd, reporting to the National Operations Manager (Construction).

Employed as a Principal Engineer, with overall responsibility for the financial and operational delivery of soil and groundwater projects throughout the North of England. Responsible for recruitment, mentoring and retention of staff, within a close-knit team developing in the Leeds office. Wide ranging experience in a range of technology led remediation solutions across in-situ and ex-situ soils and groundwater treatment.

Employed initially as a Site Engineer, rising to Project Manager throughout the course of employment. Key individual within a small team, assisting in the design, development and management of remediation solutions offered to clients. Overall responsibility for management of technical staff and heading up the northern England office, with emphasis on team and business development.

Site geologist undertaking site investigation works on various brownfield sites with responsibility for sampling, logging and site coordination.
