Peter Fredricks is an Associate Director of the Caregiver Support Program, overseeing Data and Analytics Platform development and implementation for the enterprise. Former Commander of the 996th MCAS, Arizona Army National Guard - Phoenix. Pete’s initiatives involve development and deployment of enterprise solutions in health care delivery, as well as system level process improvement, project management, population health segmentation and management, predictive clinical modeling, prescriptive clinical modeling, and redesign of health care information technology platform(s). Recent results include >80% reduction in sepsis and hospital acquired pneumonia, 57% reduction in shock/cardiac arrest complications. Inpatient mortality decreased by 58% with improvements in quality and patient safety. >80,000 days per month of appointment wait time eliminated. Lead case management and Army P3 programs from origination-now serving over 5,000 Army Guardsmen.
