Responsible for oversight of major gifts program and leading team to more than tripling the number of qualified major gift prospects from 929 in 2007 to 3,247 in 2014. Increased average annual fundraising from $36.9 million to $67.7 million in a seven-year period. Instituted predictive modeling for improved prospect targeting, leading to a 250% increase in the number of qualified major donor prospects over the campaign period. Launched a high-touch, participatory faculty-staff giving campaign increasing participation from 13% to 48%, a rate significantly higher than any Drexel peer institutions.
