Enhanced alumni engagement, increased giving, and grew the major donor prospect pool, while instituting a broader culture of communication, connection, and philanthropy throughout constituencies.  Performed comprehensive program assessment, leading to development of new strategic functions for the division, including teams dedicated to donor relations, protocol and special events, and communications and marketing. Conducted comprehensive staffing plan, which led to hiring and on-boarding more than 80 team members in a five year period. Recruited, developed, and managed the IA leadership team responsible for major gifts, foundation and corporate relations, annual fund, and advancement services. Completed campaign feasibility study in less than 9 months. Comprehensive campaign completed seven months ahead of schedule and exceeded the $400 million goal by 14%, raising $455 million, including 17,684 new donors (43% of total 41,591 donors). In 2007, conceptualized and worked with team to implement a new paradigm for Foundations & Corporate Foundation Relations department, growing total dollars raised by 172%, from $9.6 million in 2007 to $26.1 million in 2014.  Responsible for oversight of major gifts program and leading team to more than tripling the number of qualified major gift prospects from 929 in 2007 to 3,247 in 2014.  Increased average annual fundraising from $36.9 million to $67.7 million in a seven-year period. Instituted predictive modeling for improved prospect targeting, leading to a 250% increase in the number of qualified major donor prospects over the campaign period. Launched a high-touch, participatory faculty-staff giving campaign increasing participation from 13% to 48%, a rate significantly higher than any Drexel peer institutions.
