Lead the TV Service Platform Delivery Programme. Responsible for overall demand and delivery in the TV Service Platform, which includes demand management with BT Consumer, software project management and budgetary responsibilities for complex transformational and technical projects, supplier and stakeholder management and line managerial responsibilities.This has involved transforming how the TV Service Platform delivers capabilities by moving from waterfall iterations to a sprint-based model, delivering a new SaaS Scheduling system for VoD (including data migration), delivering the core platform capabilities for new product propositions and managing the communication and engagement with senior stakeholders (both internal and external).

Responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end solutions and processes required to realise new BT Vision propositions right-first-time with exceptional customer experience. This included work with Samsung and LG to enable a Vision Player on internet-enabled TVs and Blu-Ray players.

Responsible for management and delivery of high-priority technical projects on time and to budget to enable the business to meet stretching revenue and growth targets.This included the distributed rollout of BT Wholesale's Content Delivery Network and delivery from concept to live of a linear-TV head-end for nationwide multicast delivery of up to 100 live TV channels.

Responsible for ensuring technology proposals were transforming the business in line with agreed roadmaps.- Developed analytical Total Cost of Ownership models for refreshment of field-engineering laptop estate to enable comparison of semi-rugged and portfolio laptops; delivered £5.75m (37%) cost savings over 3 years.- Used Pareto analysis to identify opportunity for 42% efficiency improvement in Geomanager alerts and in work-allocation processes, driving operational efficiency, Right First Time and Customer Experience.- Led technology review on Smartphones as a transformational mobility solution for field engineers., engaging with key stakeholders across the business to advise on mobility strategy in the field-engineering workforce.

Responsible for delivering web applications and supporting infrastructure in an agile manner and to demanding timescales.
