Digital Learning Experience Designer and Developer. A guiding principle for me is to help people do the right things. This often means 'simplifying the complex’ and either teaching or explaining something to make it clear and actionable. I take a pragmatic approach to this, building authentic solutions that fit an organisation's culture and deliver on its objectives, looking at the big picture, but keeping my eye on the goal and being comfortable in working out the details that bring success. My background in both avionics and computing technologies, blended with creativity, design and a solid infusion of adult learning principles, helps me understand process, systems and complexity while building creative and innovative learning, performance support and communications solutions.Others have told me that I present a genuine and relaxed approach to building relationships.
