HCC Senior Living Group is a division of a company that develops, owns and operates Senior Living Communities across the Southeastern US. Our 8th and newest senior living community in Marietta, Ga has been open now for over five years and has met with much success. Our largest community to date with 235 living units sits on 28 acres in a neighborhood setting. It currently has 59 cottages, 50 independent apartment homes and 90 apartment homes where one can live independently or with as much assistance as one needs as it is a licensed assisted living residence. We last broke ground in July of 2018 on our second Independent Living apartment building which has 29 apartment homes and a large Clubhouse with another dining venue on campus. We also broke ground on our first stand alone memory care center which has 36 resident suites and provided innovative programming for our residents to hopefully help delay the progression of Alzheimers and other types of dementia.
