Hired as VP Advertising and Brand Strategy, quickly took lead role in integration for acquired ATI graphics business, merging marketing assets of two multi-billion dollar companies. Reset AMD brand portfolio and standards worldwide. Developed and executed "fusion" campaign, AMD's first brand initiative of its kind. Responsible for all interactive marketing including AMD.com (12M visitors/mo) and highly innovative demand generation initiatives for AMD and channel partners. Oversaw conversion to Microsoft MOSS platform. Managed global events, including CES, Computex and AMD customer engagement center. Developed in-house agency to complement a portfolio of agency specialists. Drove social media infrastructure and capabilities through social marketing council. Created global marketing leadership team for worldwide collaboration and sharing of best practices. Led campaign management team and implementation of global campaigns for consumers, commercial customers and channel partners.
