I have over 30 years experience within the electronic systems industry and technical systems recruitment to date and my current role is the Principal Consultant of the Technical Systems and Engineering Division. My background is as a Professional and Senior Electronic Systems Engineer after a full career in the HM Forces for 20 years (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers). I have many years of experience specialising in communications electronic systems, radio systems repair, complex maintenance techniques and expertise with general purpose automatic electronic test equipment. I have enjoyed a varied and rewarding career spending the latter years of my HM Forces service as a Senior Military Recruitment Consultant and Advisor. I am a multi skilled systems engineer with excellent integrity and work ethic principles. I have a keen eye for detail and able to work either independently, on my own initiative or within a team environment.In my career I have developed into a very successful Technical Systems and Engineering Recruitment Specialist and after successive promotions I have now reached the level of Principal Consultant.
