GGR helps improve plant performance, by applying a proprietary, fast-track approach to Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM). Fast-track RCM also incorporates many key concepts from TPM, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, SMED and Lean. Review time is significantly shorter than traditional RCM2 or 3, yet we retain all the rigour and decision logic. Over 250 companies have benefited from our approach over the last 25 years, including many household brands in the food, beverage and pharmaceuticals industries. Many of our client relationships have spanned several years and multiple operating locations. My projects with GGR have included:- Working with engineering teams all over the UK and in Europe, to target critical equipment items using Fast-track RCM and implement the findings and recommendations- Fast-track RCM for a leading catalyst manufacturer, with reliability issues on their conveyors- Fast-track RCM for a new roller mill at a quarry in South-West England, to set up correct PM tasks- Review RCM with a leading pharmaceutical producer, removing 30-40% of Preventive Maintenance tasks that were not found to be worthwhile and economically viable, freeing up maintenance time for more value-adding tasks- Assessment of a world-class manufacturing company's maintenance organisation, and advising on role definitions, organisation design, skills and capabilities and maintenance (CMMS) systems

BBUS went on to secure a further £1.2bn contract from National Grid.
