I was always drawn to the power of leadership, the ability to inspire and serve.My 29 years as a leadership coach have been a testament to this passion.I've had the privilege of coaching CEOs, ultra-high net worth individuals and families, and astronauts amongst others.My experience spans across continents, having moved 22 times, immersing myself in diverse cultures and perspectives.Yet, my journey hasn't been without its challenges. A 2005 accident left me with spinal damage, impacting my ability to walk, read, and write. Doctors' prognoses were grim.
