I've a broad range of skills and experience across the full marketing mix, particularly across STEM sectors. A Chartered Marketer since 2014.In my current role as Marketing Manager for Narro, I'm responsible for marketing the practice of consulting structural and civil engineers. This was a new industry for me and I've relished the challenge! It's been particularly exciting to join a company that's organically expanding rapidly, and one that's employee-owned. This has presented some challenges in terms of updating the marketing function, but it is extremely worthwhile.Prior to Narro, I worked for the BIG Partnership for just over a year as their internal Marketing Manager, promoting their marketing services to clients. Prior to this, I've working in the wider IT sector for several years, including app development, cloud computing, SaaS and infrastructure. I'm keen to continue developing my skill set and adding new experience and knowledge.I particularly pride myself on my ability to build and maintain effective relationships within my own team, other departments, external suppliers/agencies and customers. In recent years I have developed extremely effective working relationships with key technology vendors.Specialties: Social media, online marketing, copy writing/editing (audience specific), campaign management, traditional marketing channels, ROI analysis, budget tracking, marketing communications, product research/evaluation, competitive analysis, marketing automation, CRM systems etc. I also have experience of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Illustrator.I'm particularly interested in all things related to communications, employee advocacy and engagement programmes.
