Hired by CEO to lead B to B to C and business development efforts of this new mobile banking company designed to serve unbanked consumers in US, Mexico and Haiti. Attained or exceeded targets and objectives each year and always chosen to lead critical strategic initiatives. Product launched in 2010. Key responsibilities include: market, and channel strategy; development of partnerships and retail relationships; channel distribution; collaboration with product and development team; establishment of best practices; project management; planned and oversaw launch; spearheaded contract negotiations; recruiting and hiring; cross functional leadership and management of teams and indirect reports. • Created the go-to market cash load network and channel distribution of over 100,000 retail locations. Handled everything from conception through execution. • Negotiated first of kind banking relationships in each country - providing regulatory and compliance coverage for launch of innovative, international mobile banking and person to person payment serviceSpearheaded the launch of the first cross-border mobile banking service to meet needs of the underserved/unbanked population in US, Haiti, and Mexico. • Established and managed meaningful collaborative partnerships with Digicel, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, WOCCU, Mercy Corps and USAID to provide financial services to the underserved population.

Responsibilities included: strategic business development and channels with mobile operators; collaborated with BREW application developers; project management and contracts negotiations. • Spearheaded strategic partnership with Qualcomm Ventures resulting in their lead of Series B investment and rocketing industry credibility with Mobile operators. • Service Launched with Verizon, AT&T, AMP'd & Helio.

• Opened US operations and served as the business development and distribution channels leader responsible for bringing the company’s key product to market in the US via mobile operators on showcase mobile devices. • Drove contextual shopping partnership with Qualcomm as well as strategic relationships with Google, Verizon, Sprint and Motorola
