In this new role, as a member of the MIOS Leadership Committee, I closely collaborate with the MIOS C-Suite and the MIOS suite of companies (currently 20) to ensure open lines of communication and positive interaction between MIOS headquarters functional support departments. I directly oversee the MIOS SBU Business Intelligence (BI), Proposal and Contracts functional departments (approximately 25 reports) serving as an internal advocate for efficiency, productivity and professional development. In coordination with the MIOS Chief Strategy Officer, I also spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. I also work closely with Chenega Corporate leadership to assess, identify, and implement best practices and business process improvements to optimize MIOS and Corporate performance. I am responsible for influencing best practices for sustainable growth while maintaining compliant and efficient operational support to all companies under the MIOS SBU (currently 20). Collaborate with the MIOS Subsidiary Presidents to monitor trends and changes and ensure assigned teams are providing compliant and efficient support. Envision, develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate growth objectives. Drive Business Operation efficiencies by evaluating operational processes, analyzing business objectives - through detailed business metrics dashboards and KPI's - and making recommendations for improvement in accordance with MIOS subsidiary needs. Manage budgeting and resource allocation efforts in collaboration with executives and assigned teams.

Develop, implement, and oversee strategic business development operations including the processes, tools, and systems which support 18 subsidiary companies with a collective federal business pipeline valued over $8B. NASA Langley Research Center Information Technology Enhanced Services (LITES) contract. Performed as the eTouch SME and proposal liaison to the the prime contractor SGT.Transition Manager for eTouch following contract win. Responsible for establishing relations with NASA POC's and determining the scope of support required under the new contract. Also responsible for capture management of incumbent resources that joined the eTouch team.Acted as the 'on-site' manager handling all contract and personnel logistics between eTouch and SGT. Represented eTouch in all contract team meetings and events. Supervised the work of seven eTouch employees performing various web-development, data analysis, and other IT support activities on the contract.Worked on the New Web Technologies task for the LaRC OCIO Information Management Branch exploring the use of new open source and custom technologies for social media, data mining, collaboration and information sharing. Implemented enterprise open source CMS (WordPress MU) solution to provide Center organizations and users an easy to use resource for creating websites and blogs. Authored custom plugins for linking NASA authentication to WP admin login process and developed themes and templates based on NASA style guides.Wrote and presented a proposal to NASA for incorporating a VGO telepresence robot on Center to allow summer interns the ability to stay engaged with activities when the returned to school. The VGO ("Sheldon") is still in use within OCIO.Served as the NASA Business Development Manager for eTouch Federal Systems to include opportunity identification, qualification, capture and led proposal activities.
