Hybrid sales and marketing role for value-added reseller of telecommunications technology, working to match clients up with ideal technology solutions from amongst a handful of competitive vendor partners, which included Zoom, RingCentral, 8x8, Mitel, Qumu, Netrix, and several others.Designed and implemented a new CDVS website, co-wrote and/or edited daily marketing posts for CDVS's LinkedIn page, and gave interviews on various technology solutions, which were available through CDVS, to Providence Business News and 1540 WADK AM radio station.Successfully facilitated the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's pivot to a virtual format to substitute for its annual Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk fundraising event in June 2020; collaborated with vendor partner, Qumu, to fast-track implementation and training for AFSP's staff to manage the Qumu video-streaming platform sufficiently enough to host a live, two-day, virtual event with several thousand concurrent attendees from around the globe.

Facilitated comprehensive HIPAA risk assessments through vendor partner, ECFIRST, the home of the HIPAA Academy. Earned "Certified HIPAA Professional" recognition and was a leader within Konica Minolta's healthcare vertical. Led strategic weekly cadence calls with the other healthcare reps in the New England market, and moderated the panel discussion at the East Region's healthcare summit at Konica Minolta's US headquarters in Ramsay, NJ. Provided superior customer service to clients with Konica Minolta's outstanding production print machines and multi-function printers. Had achieved over 100% of sales quota for calendar year 2017 at time of departure.
