Peter is a Dane, now living in Prague. He is (since April 2018) the first English speaking Head of the After-School-Centre (Družina) at Duhovka Elementary School in Prague - a Czech-international Montessori school.He is also working as a translator for LIPA learnings (English to Danish) From August 2014 to September 2017 he was an independent consultant, coach and conference organizer working both in the Czech Republic and Denmark.He has worked a supervisor/coach of teacher-trainees, teachers and colleagues, moderator, guest teacher and speaker at conferences and international workshops. In Denmark, he worked for 25 years as a teacher, school principal, leadership consultant and project leader for the municipalities in his hometown Aarhus. As a leader, he uses the Systemic approach and the Appreciative inquiry as his two main approaches to leadership. He has been taking part in several networks for leaders, both internationally nationwide and in the municipalities of Aarhus.In 2015 he was improving his coaching skills by attending the Henley Professional Certificate in Coaching, at the Henley Business School, UKPeter was a key member of the European Appreciative Inquiry Network. He has been a moderator and co-host at their meetings in Zagreb 2012 and Prague 2013 (with Klára Hejduková). He left the network in January 2018. Peter was the international coordinator on the Czech Association of Coaches World Meeting of Coaches in April 2014. He is also a lecturer on the Systemicky Institut's program for systemic approach. In Prague he has worked with various schools and NGOs With Klára Hejduková-Lauritzenová he organized the European Sharing on Systems thinking in Prague June 2015.He was the moderator at the robotics conference Café Neu Romance in Prague 2017.
