Peter Lefton joined Cover & Associates in 2008 and focuses on operations and sales leadership searches with leading manufacturers in packaging and plastics. Peter’s clients primarily serve the food and healthcare markets, but also serve automotive, industrial and other key market sectors. In addition to Peter’s client base of mid-market and global, public entities, many of Peter's clients are private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has helped numerous organizations find the right people to guide them through capital investment, integrations, turnarounds and rapid expansions.Peter began his executive search career in 1998 at DCR International (NASD: DCRI, formerly Texcel, Inc.), a national search firm working with cutting edge IT start ups and global software companies. In 1999, Peter formed Eclipse Personnel Group to focus on executive level searches with similar organizations in the tech-heavy areas of central and northern New Jersey, Manhattan, and the San Francisco Bay Area.Peter holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He lives in Hockessin, Delaware with his wife Amy, and two sons, Josh and Sam.
