Assessed and selected to the Army’s only unit designed to increase combat effectiveness and soldier survivability with rapid solution development. Served as the unit liaison officer to a four-star headquarters trusted to represent the Commander with a thorough understanding of unit and commander’s mission, vision, goals, and intent; executive engagement on a daily basis. Requires a top secret clearance due to the nature of the unit's mission. Served as the senior military member of the Adaptive Soldier Leader Training and Education (ASLTE) team fostering Army training and education innovation. Requested by name to deploy nationwide, to Singapore, and Djibuti with the ASLTE team.The Asymmetric Warfare Group is an Army unit comprised of senior active duty Soldiers, D.A. civilians, and contractors who are seasoned war fighters and functional area experts that are prepared to deploy globally. Served as the CJTF-OIR CJ3 liaison officer to the Office of Defense Cooperation-Turkey, United States Embassy-Ankara, the Turkish General Staff, and Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Provided the CJTF-OIR operational context, commander's priorities, and connections to address all requests for information by, with, and through the Senior Defense Official/Defense Attache (SDO/DAT). Provided the CJTF-OIR CJ3 and commander with information concerning the Turkish political, military, and economic aspects of its Coalition contribution and relevant regional concerns. Facilitated Turkish integration and into the Coalition.

Selected for a Professor of Military Science position with a ten percent selection rate. Department Chair of the Military Science Department as a member of the Dickinson College faculty.Responsible for a top-rated multi-school program consisting of 10 employees and 100 students at nine different colleges and universities in Central Pennsylvania. In charge of personnel, budget, marketing, recruiting, training, and leader development. Selected by-name to serve as a Regimental Training Officer for the largest annual Army training exercise leading 50 cadre trainers and 500 student cadets. Adapted and developed curriculum for the ROTC program to enable experiential learning and competency development of future combat leaders.
