Manage the day to day operations of the MIS department at Glenwood Mental Health Services including help desk management, asset management, computer hardware and software support, network administration, and phone support. Provide direct support to staff members using the agency's EHR, practice management, and billing systems. Assist the IT Director with technology planning and contingency planning as needed. Supervise two full time IT support staff.

Duties included installation of computer systems, maintenance, repair, or replacement of computer hardware, software installation and upgrades, phone and voicemail support, and network administration. Also responsible for checking the work order system and providing end user support.

Provided behavioral and therapeutic support to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and behavior disorders in their homes and communities. Assisted parents and family members identify strengths and needs of individuals served. Recommended treatment goals and objectives and trained families and identified individuals on using strategies and supports to facilitate success in the home and community. Assisted with support groups and parenting workshops as needed. Worked under the direct supervision of a master's level therapist or social worker.
