As a Training and Development Specialist with experience in developing and delivering effective training programs, I have honed my skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery. I have a proven track record of creating engaging and impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences.I have led teams that allowed for expansion within the project which included quick turn around times, created and set expectations across the floor, trained classes of 40+ people, and made sure every training experience was something to remember.Over the years I have gathered countless skills in leadership, moderation, customer service, and training positions.
