Co-founder of a tech career accelerator. Our core offering was a 16 week Coding Bootcamp. Alongside this we also delivered a number of part-time courses (UX Design, Front End Development) and multiple short courses and bespoke offerings for businesses. My responsibilities were spread across product development, business development, marketing, operations and strategy.Devised and developed multiple product offerings from concept through to delivery - including various software projects. Heavily involved in growing and managing our hiring partner network - both helping our partners with growth plans, and our graduates to start careers in software engineering.
