Took a passion project built to help parent/teacher communication in my daughter’s class and created a SaaS solution being used by daycare, kindergarten and grade school classes across the country. Architected and implemented the web, mobile, API and server architecture that is built for seamless scale. Implemented Agile development process for continuous integration on both web and mobile platforms. Cultivated educator and parent focus groups from application users to ensure a Lean Model for development. Built and managed financial forecast and projections template that includes transactional revenue modeling, MRR, Churn, staffing, onboarding costs and expense forecasts.

Primary technical writer for project proposals and active project documentation that included requirements gathering and system architecture specs. Led, managed and mentored up 6 developers on projects and was responsible for code reviews and performance reviews. Technologies used included Java, Struts, ColdFusion, .Net, SharePoint and Crystal Reports.* Was the project lead on the National Science Foundation website reorganization and rebuild that won the 2006 People's Choice Webby Award. The project consisted of consolidating all 12 NSF Directorates and websites into one system that managed grant submissions for the NSF that was responsible for $5B in grants/year.
