I'm responsible for managing a team of amazing multimedia professionals who help associates collaborate across our firm. By utilizing vendors and strategic partners, we ensure that our collaboration infrastructure and presentation technologies are always available.We are a service based organization within the firm, focusing on maintaining systems and managing user interaction with tools like Service Now. We create value for the firm by maintaining our SLAs and engaging with end users to identify ways to improve their experience. I take our technology objectives and turn them into focused action that allows my team to bring Just In Time services to associates at all levels. I'm constantly evaluating our processes to determine how we can improve, become more efficient and continue to be leaders within the technology space. I currently manage audio visual and video telecom operations at our Owings Mills MD campus.

As Site Coordinator, I am responsible for ensuring my team has the tools and resources they need to help associates communicate effectively. In 2016, I was able to successfully complete our management accelerator course, EDGE. As a people leader, I set objectives for the team that align with our core values as a firm. My team connects video conferences, ensures meeting room technologies are ready for business and serves as an escalation point for urgent issues.
