• Developing strategic function for the proactive internal/external talent acquisition efforts of Philadelphia Flyers, Wells Fargo Center and Spectra, which includes 3,300 full-time and 15,000 part-time employees at 200+ locations globally.• Proactively conduct both internal/external searches placing senior level candidates in various roles with a focus on management/executive level roles including general managers and corporate leadership.• Serve as company System Administrator and system expert for iCims; having led a team to develop and customize system to meet the specific full life-cycle recruitment needs of the organization.• Build and create “employment brand” to help attract the best talent in a very competitive industry with compensation limitations. Strategic focus on the development of the Spectra brand in secondary markets through social media.• Lead University Relations efforts and Internship Program for 50 interns per semester; develop and cultivate relationships with colleges and universities nationwide to attract and identify high potential talent.• Oversee company’s pre-employment criminal background checks, credit checks and drug tests; serve as primary decision maker for hiring managers when adverse background check results are presented

• Primary HR Business Partner and point of contact for 400 full-time staff at Philadelphia Flyers and Wells Fargo Center. Responsibilities included conducting employee investigations, annual talent review, compensation planning, FLSA administration, exit interviews and increasing employee satisfaction through various programs.• Assisted in facilitating change management including layoffs, severance packages, transition planning, etc • Advised managers and senior leadership on proper administration of company policies and procedures.• Project manager for several different corporate strategic initiatives involving employee engagement, talent management and succession planning.• Served as director for company-wide employee incentive program and grew scope of program globally throughout 200+ company public assembly facilities from 2009-2014; managed program’s annual $125k budget.• Served as director of Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteer program at Wells Fargo Center.• Hold monthly New Employee orientations to educate employees on company background, policies, and corporate initiatives• Collaborated with Comcast on company-wide initiatives such as Comcast Cares Day and United Way Campaign.• Lead facilitator between NBA & Philadelphia 76ers on Anti-Gambling Training for team staff• Served as director of mentorship program which identifies high potential employees and allows them to shadow different executives on various teams.

• Handled employee issues/complaints for 1,000+ full and part-time employees (both union/non-union) through extensive interviewing and reviewing proper documentation; assist Executive Management in resolving escalated issues in the proper manner.• Assisted in administration of 401k, FMLA and Employee Stock Purchase Program.• Assisted in planning and execution of company/corporate events including: Comcast Cares Day, United Way Breakfast, Service Awards ceremony, Holiday Party and Wellness Fair.• Directed and managed Comcast Courtesy Service Program; coordinate all other company discount programs
