Lockton’s HR Technology Practice assists clients with a range of services related to their HR systems. These services include selecting a Human Capital Management or Benefits Administration system, Implementation Oversight or Project Management, current system Utilization Reviews, Situational Analysis, ongoing Vendor Management and other general consulting needs surrounding HR systems.Since every organization operates differently, Lockton’s HR Technology practice remains vendor agnostic and my focus is to find solutions that best meet the unique needs of my clients. My role consists of evaluating client requirements through a discovery process, building RFPs and delivering Total Cost of Ownership presentations, facilitating vendor finalist presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, assisting clients through the implementation of a new system from kickoff to go-live, current system review including recommendations for process improvement, as well as some hands-on assistance within the system itself.Our team works with a wide range of vendors and in addition to client consultation, I maintain a database of information that enables my colleagues to quickly determine the vendors that will fit a particular client situation. I evaluate the technology and services each vendor provides to find strengths and weaknesses that differentiate each one in the marketplace. I strive to build strong relationships with the vendors we work with in order to provide a smooth and effective sales process for vendor selections, as well as identify escalation resources to maintain client satisfaction through issue resolution.
