Areas of focus include Binary SCA, SBOM, VEX and Supply Chain Security.

Responsible for developing and executing the strategies that grow the OPSWAT OT Security business. Global profit and loss responsibilities with teams across marketing, engineering, product management, and business development. P&L leadership for product innovation, growth, and overall strategy for the business.

Instrumental in the Teleo Capital acquisition of Industrial Defender from CapGemini and re-establishment of the company as a stand alone entity. Industrial Defender is a specialized solution that navigates the complexities and risks of interacting with real-time control systems, and our engineering experts continuously innovate to meet new security challenges in industrial control systems (ICS).

Managed Industrial Defender’s market leading OT Asset Management and security platform, with a special focus on end point security, event management, ICS data collection, vulnerability monitoring and compliance reporting. Hired to shape the Industrial Defender product which was acquired by Lockheed Martin in 2014.

Working closely with Engineering, Solution Sales and Marketing to define and drive VSPEX solutions to within the converged infrastructure market. Primarily focused on proven infrastructure for the Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud. These solutions are comprised of a vast number of EMC and partner technologies.

Management of hardware and software requirements across the VPLEX product family. Primarily focused on product structure, hardware roadmap, product orderability, business execution and executive briefings.

Responsible for tactical and strategic planning for KVHs line of stationary and in-motion mobile VSAT and TVRO antenna systems. Worked closely with sales and engineering on new products launches and end-of-line. Partnered with the PMO on functional specification generation and approval for hardware, software, and user interfaces. Coordinate product launches with Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsible for testing and documenting product configuration for aftermarket and OEM applications of KVH’s satellite television and data products. Keep track of new hardware and software releases from service providers, testing them with KVH products, determine and address any issues, and suggest updates to documentation accordingly. Monitor repair and technical support statistics for product and service issues, special situations, and potential training needs, and take action to address these. Act as the initial point of escalation for all non-routine technical support issues, interfacing with engineering as appropriate.

Responsible for responding to bid specifications working with both internal and external APC employees to provide solutions and pre-sales engineering support for APC’s entire product offering.

Provide first level support for Network Air product lines and worked with the Tiger Team, Test & Evaluation, Platform Engineering and Product Management Teams to ensure quality of APC Air Products. Participate in beta testing, technical proof reading, product enhancement requests, and writing of technical support and knowledge base documentation.

Responsible for understanding APC's consumer power solutions and providing accurate post-sales technical support via phone/web. Participated in the Technical Engineering Professional Development Program
