Peter Abegunde, student of medicine at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, and a passionate advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3, which focuses on good health and well-being.He is the founder and director of the World Changemakers Institute, an organization committed to nurturing the next generation of African leaders and changemakers. Peter also serves as the coordinator of the LAUTECH SDGs Student Hub and leads the Literary and Debate Society of the Ladoke Akintola University Medical Students Association (LAUMSA-LDS).In addition, Peter founded Soft Skills Clinic, where he empowers undergraduates and young professionals with essential soft skills to thrive in today's competitive world.Beyond these roles, Peter works as a professional MC, infusing events with energy and creativity. He is also an avid writer, sharing insights on leadership, development, and society through his blog, Cephas Insights (cephasinsights.com.ng), which has garnered readership across Africa and Europe.An alumnus of the Millennium Campus Network and the Youth Leadership Program by LEAP Africa, Peter is also a current student of The Bridge Program, Nigeria’s premier leadership fellowship for undergraduates.Peter remains committed to building healthy, prosperous, and sustainable communities across Africa.
