Program Spark! also involved the establishment of new capabilities including Supplier Performance Management and a Vendor Sourcing Panel, and the enhancement of the capability of the IT function through the development of a Competency Framework and an IT culture review and refresh.Program Spark! was the key initiative of the IT Strategy developed in my previous role (Manager, Strategy & Governance) and in this role I brought the strategy to fruition and delivered the promised business benefits including significant cost savings and the standardisation of IT Service Delivery.
