• Preparation of monthly prudential returns for forwarding to the central bank of Kenya limited
• Controlling of excess through the daily monitoring of outward clearing cheques
• Controlling of excess through the weekly monitoring of overdrawn accounts through the weekly overdraft report.
• Preparation of report for consumption of board of directors and the bank’s top level management
• Monitoring and reviewing the performance of loans and overdrafts already granted to borrowers through the branch leaders
• Review and ensuring all commissions on approved payments against excess ENC are charged

Nairobi

• The Bank’s Credit Reference Bureau Project Champion, which involves Listing of Non Performing Accounts and their details to the licensed Credit reference bureaus on a monthly basis.
• Liaising and instructing of Service providers in recovering NPL’s i.e. Repossessors, investigators, auctioneers, Valuers and advocates.
• Ensure the recovery of all overdue accounts allocated to the post.
• Ensure that downgrading and re-classification of accounts is timely and accurate.
• Contact and negotiate with non-performing debtors by mail, telephonically or in person to establish repayment arrangements.
• Forward Letters of Demand to non-performing debtors as may be required.

• The Bank’s Credit Reference Bureau Project Champion, which involves Listing of Non Performing Accounts and their details to the licensed Credit reference bureaus on a monthly basis.
• Sending Listing notices to customers who are on Watch List.
• Sending Listing notices to customers who have been listed.
• Coordinating with the Branches, to ensure that the data required by Credit Reference Bureau Project is complete and in the right formats.
• Ensure the recovery of all overdue accounts allocated to the post.
• Ensure that downgrading and re-classification of accounts is timely and accurate.
