This role is 24/7/365 technical monitoring and management of various bespoke and multisize networks. Imerja deal with a multitude of different technologies regarding the provision of network security and infrastructure. For this reason the role is varied with constant exposure to different systems and business practises.

The role focused on maintenance of remote ANPR camera systems. The position included many avenues of experience, such as operating on mixed standard/bespoke systems to diagnose remote faults; liaising with clients about faults; and forming new ideas to better perform monitoring and diagnosis of said systems.

This position required varied types of communication with customers and professional communication with other employees.
